Refund policy
Our items are currently printed on demand via Printify and shipped directly to you. This means we don’t have a warehouse with extra inventory nor an address where you can send returns.
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please send clear photos or a video of your item to alexis@wildimageapparel.com within 30 days of receiving the item, and we can process either a refund or a reprint via Printify. Please indicate in your email if you’d prefer a refund or a reprint.
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or design, or if you change your mind on an item after receiving it, we will happily offer you an “exchange” for another item of the same or lesser value in the shop, shipped out to the same shipping addressu as the original order for free. Please email alexis@wildimageapparel.com to request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the original item.
There is no need to send items back. Please responsibly recycle or donate unwanted clothing items if you are able.
